Why You Should Choose And Find A Niche

Have you been resisting the decision to find a niche market? In this article and video I will show you why it will be one of the best decisions in your business.

Watch on if you are not convinced that finding a profitable niche is the best thing to do for your business…

Find A Niche

Imagine your website is an oil well.

The analogy isn’t too far off… if you set it up the way my clients do.

Do you drill your oil well because it “sounds” like a good idea at the time?

Do you dig your well because it “feels right”?

I hope not.

You dig your oil well where you discovered oil… just waiting to be tapped into.

A lot of web-behind-the-ear rookies, and so called “gurus” who should know better, tell you to “follow your passion”.

But what if that is a lazy platitude masquerading as wisdom?

What if your life depends on your decision? What if there was a guy with a gun threatening to end your life, or that of your loved ones, if you didn’t get results in the next 30 days?

You can bet your life that I’m not going to just follow my passion.

I’m NOT going to wing it and hope something works out.

Find A Profitable Niche

I’m going to go where the money is.

And sadly, that is exactly how it feels for many people starting out in business, or even already in business.

They decide to make a business out of their passion without knowing if there is money in that market, where and how to tap into that market.

They maybe give up their job, pour their savings into their business… the credit card debts mount up…

It feels like they are being thrown in at the deep end.

They are in a situation where it either works or they are done.

There are no other options.

In that situation, you can’t even think clearly about your passion.

All you know is you need to go where the money is… and fast.

Find a hungry crowd that’s already buying. Their credit cards are out and money is flowing.

All you have to do is offer them a better, improved, or even just a new solution to their problems.

So stop looking for an empty market.

Competition is a GOOD THING. It means people are buying. I get nervous and run the other direction if there are ZERO competitors in a market.

Zero competition equals zero customers!

Love your competition. Join their lists. Read their websites.

They are leaving clues about how customers spend their hard earned money.

Your competitors are successful because they are selling what your customers desperately want.

If you want to be passionate about something, becomes passionate about the CUSTOMER.

Fall in love with your customers.

Become intimately acquainted with their hurts, their pains, and their desires.
