A Good Laugh And A Long Sleep
You can’t argue with this Irish proverb. Laughter definitely makes you feel better and I don’t think we laugh enough these days as we get so caught up in trying to achieve our goals and dreams.
The same can be said for sleep too. More and more studies show the importance of getting a good nights sleep. It is when the body repairs and renews so is vitally important for our health, the way we feel and what we can achieve.
Feel like you are on a constant treadmill and getting nowhere? Stop what you are doing. Take time out to have a good laugh – with friends or a good comedy on TV and then early to bed.
